Our background
ITHQ was founded in Alberton, Johannesburg with one goal: to give South African businesses the same level of IT capability that large enterprises take for granted. We started with managed IT and helpdesk support, and grew into a full-spectrum technology partner covering infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, data engineering, and intelligent automation.
Today we operate seven days a week with 24/7 emergency support. Our team brings together experience across networking, security operations, cloud architecture, software development, and IT staffing. We work as an extension of your team rather than a distant vendor, keeping communication direct and decisions transparent.
